The lab covers radiated and conducted emissions and immunity work against standards including EN 55014, EN 55022 and the EN 61000-4 series, and clients can make on-the-spot changes to their product during test sessions. It has traded as a micro entity since incorporation in 2017.

dB Technology (Cambridge) holds UKAS accreditation number 9412 to ISO/IEC 17025, plus FCC accreditation (Registration No. 421841), from its Cottenham site, where it runs anechoic and semi-anechoic chambers, a screened room, an open-area test site and an environmental test chamber for EMC and radio-approvals work. Founded in 1988 and incorporated in 1997, the lab tests to CE, UKCA, FCC, ISED and RED requirements across sectors from industrial and medical equipment to household appliances and gaming.
