UK labs testing automotive components and modules to CISPR 25.
CISPR 25 EMC testing in the UK measures the radio frequency emissions from vehicle components and modules, to protect radio reception on board the vehicle. It is the standard most vehicle manufacturers name for component emissions, often alongside ISO 11452 for immunity and ISO 7637 for transients, and their own EMC specifications on top.
When you shortlist, check which edition of CISPR 25 your customer specifies, whether the lab tests conducted and radiated emissions in an absorber lined chamber sized for your harness, and whether its accreditation schedule lists CISPR 25 for the methods you need. If your customer has its own specification, name it in your enquiry.
Use the filters to narrow by accreditation and test type, then shortlist and send one enquiry to all of them.

What does CISPR 25 cover?
Radio frequency emissions from electronic components and modules fitted to vehicles, measured so they do not disturb receivers on the same vehicle.
Is CISPR 25 the same as UN Regulation 10?
No. UN Regulation 10 sets the EMC requirements for vehicle type approval. CISPR 25 is a test standard for component emissions that vehicle manufacturers and Regulation 10 refer to.
Which edition should I test to?
The one your customer or contract names. Editions differ in limits and methods, so check the lab's schedule covers that edition.
Do I also need immunity testing?
Usually. Vehicle manufacturers normally ask for immunity tests such as ISO 11452 and transient tests such as ISO 7637 as well.
